At the height of the Covid lockdown, as a Melbourne winter was taking hold, a sympathetic restaurant owner took it upon himself to feed the hoards of International students who found themselves trapped in the city.
David Bongiorno and I meet Alan Chong, and hear the story.
Alan runs Tian 38 and used his kitchen to dispense up to 700 meals a day for people who really needed a hand at a very difficult time.
